Developing tiny homes for individual in needs

Phoenix Project Nola will develop tiny homes that will be available to participants of either the Eagle Education program or the Pelican Pay.

Participants will have the opportunity to reside in the homes on a rental basis for up to one year. After completing the program, Phoenix Project Nola will work with the participant to purchase their own home Phoenix Project will work with a developer to build a new home for the participant. 

Once tiny homes are occupied on a rental contract 25% of the monthly payment will go towards a future down payment to become a homeowner.

Homeowner’s Nest Program

A transitional housing program that ends with homeownership. As participants work through the other programs within Phoenix Project, they will have the opportunity to rent tiny homes as a part of our transitional housing program. Once participants have completed these programs, a tiny home will be available for purchasing, if participants qualify.
