Coaching Philosophy
Our Executive Director, Erin Marrero-Savoie, believes in a process-driven philosophy for all forms of coaching, whether it is executive coaching with other leaders, one-on-one client coaching, or group coaching. This approach emphasizes the importance of:
- Incorporating the GROW Model: Utilizing the GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) model to push clients and executives towards their best possible outcomes.
- Enjoying the Journey: Encouraging clients to take time to enjoy and appreciate the journey of their personal and professional development.
- Reflecting and Adjusting: Allowing time to pause, reflect, and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
This process-driven approach ensures that clients not only achieve their goals but also find fulfillment and learning in their journey.
